Narelle was born in Launceston where she completed year 12 at Launceston College. The opportunity then arose to travel to Perth, Western Australia where she lived and worked for 20 years. Narelle started her working career in hospitality where she soon moved into a management position gaining experience working within a fast paced environment, overseeing day to day operations of the business as well as training staff. Narelle then moved into the finance industry having obtained a role as insurance consultant within a large established company. Narelle gained experience making difficult decisions when needed and learned how to accommodate clients’ needs based on their financial and needs values.
After a few years Narelle moved onto the banking industry having secured a position as business banking support officer. This role was key in developing Narelle’s interest in business finance and investment. The time soon came where the call to come home was too powerful to ignore. Narelle bought her home from Maureen Lacey at Harcourts East Tamar and trusted the agency to continue to manage the property until such time as it was time to relocate her family to George Town. Narelle soon applied for a position with Harcourts East Tamar and was welcomed as an Assistant Property Manager before being promoted to Property Manager and then to her current position as Senior Property Manager overseeing all facets of property management and assisting landlords achieve their financial goals. Narelle understands what it is like to be a landlord and has the experience behind her to relate to many issues that arise within her role.
Narelle enjoys DIY renovating and decorating in her spare time as well as developing her adult education while currently studying for her Diploma of Property Services.
